About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative operations of our Brisbane office. This role is central to ensuring efficient office systems, compliance, and support for our team, enabling us to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
  • Supervise administrative staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met.
  • Develop, review, and maintain office systems, procedures, and policies in line with organisational requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication, including correspondence, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems, and oversee office equipment, supplies, and accommodation requirements.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external professionals to coordinate office operations and resolve issues.
  • Record and maintain meeting minutes, staff records, and administrative documentation to support office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, and workplace health and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in office management or administrative coordination.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and database management.
  • Knowledge of HR and compliance processes will be an advantage.
