We are currently seeking to appoint x2 Senior Business
Analyst to oversee business processes & other functional requirements of a
core Revenue NSW application ecosystem.

Digital Fines – 6-month opportunity

We are building a
self-serve portal for managing fines. In the next few years we will focus on
growth, optimisation and really zoom in on customer satisfaction, encouraging
more people to manage their fines online. We heart product driven development,
and human centred design. We are also AWS native and serverless first.

We're seeking a
Business Analyst with an agile mindset who can help us drive strategic
enhancements and champion a customer-first approach. You'll play a key role in
refining our online solutions, fostering adoption, and supporting a
cloud-native, automation-focused environment.

Future of eDuties – Opportunity
to June 2028

 The Future of Duties is
a transformational project looking to make critical enhancements to the Stamp
Duty collection systems for Revenue NSW.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify
  and analyse existing business processes, systems and other functional
  requirements to document and recommend improvements to enhance business
  operations and performance.
  
• Liaise
  with the internal customers and stakeholders to review and monitor
  effectiveness of tools, systems, methods and standards to ensure
  consistency and quality of outcomes.
  
• Influence
  and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain consensus for change initiatives
  to facilitate scoping and setting business priorities.
  
• Gather,
  analyse and translate business data to meaningful insights to support
  informed decision making to improve the effectiveness of processes and
  programs.
  
• Partner
  with stakeholders to ensure requirements and standards are met and best
  practice techniques are used.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Experience
  in business analysis in an agile environment
  
• Ability
  to identify and elicit requirements to document and recommend enhancements
  that align with Business Outcome.
  
• Strong
  relationship building skills and significant experienced guiding and
  developing requirements.
  
• Strong
  research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to think
  strategically and innovatively to identify issues and develop
  recommendations to solve problems
  
• Experience
  in understanding and analysis of technical concepts which may include
  basic knowledge of programming languages, databases and systems
  architecture
  
• Experience
  in technical data analytics will be highly regarded

Salary Grade XX, with the base salary for this role starting
at $129,464 base plus superannuation
