Chamber NT is seeking a knowledgeable and service-oriented Workplace Relations Advisor to join our Darwin-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and is committed to delivering high-quality industrial relations support to Territory businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Workplace Relations Services
- Provide advice on employment legislation, awards, agreements, performance management, WHS, and injury management.
- Deliver fee-for-service consultancy and HR partnering assignments.
- Prepare documentation for Fair Work Commission matters and contribute to the Chamber NT Advice Line.
- Assist in training delivery and legislative research.
Administration & Records Management
- Manage correspondence and documentation using Chamber systems.
- Ensure confidentiality, privacy compliance, and accurate data entry.
Member & Stakeholder Engagement
- Promote workplace relations services and support Chamber events.
- Build strong relationships with members and internal teams.
- Resolve member issues and contribute to high satisfaction levels.
Systems, Governance & Compliance
- Adhere to internal policies and governance requirements.
- Support financial processes and uphold confidentiality standards.
Work Health & Safety
- Comply with WHS policies and contribute to a safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Workplace Relations or Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, awards, and agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- NT Driver's Licence and ability to travel as required.
