Dasto is looking for a skilled, reliable tradesperson with strong plastering and painting experience. You'll take ownership of jobs from start to finish — scoping, quoting, executing, and handing over — while representing the company professionally on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete plastering and painting works to a high standard, including patching, wall and ceiling repairs, and full internal repaints.
  • Conduct site assessments, identify required works, and scope accurately.
  • Manage small to medium residential repair and renovation projects independently.
  • Deliver jobs safely, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure each site is left clean and professional on completion.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven plastering and painting experience (residential repair & renovation focus).
  • Ability to work autonomously — scoping, quoting, and delivering without supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to on-site challenges.
  • Well-presented, reliable, and committed to quality workmanship.
  • Current driver's licence, own vehicle, tools, and ABN
