We're seeking an experienced carpenter / handyman with skills across cabinet making, internal fittings, skirting, door frames, flooring, and kitchen rebuilds. You'll manage your own jobs from assessment to handover, ensuring every site meets Dasto's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver carpentry, cabinetry, and finishing works including:
  • Door and skirting installations
  • Kitchen removals and rebuilds
  • Cabinet making and repairs
  • Vinyl, laminate, and hybrid flooring installations
  • Scope, assess, and quote works accurately using company systems.
  • Execute all repairs and renovations safely, on time, and to spec.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience across carpentry, cabinetry, and general residential repairs.
  • Ability to work independently — from quoting to completion.
  • Strong eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Well-presented, reliable, and customer-focused.
  • Current driver's licence, vehicle, tools, and ABN.

Experience:

  • Carpentry: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Kitchen installation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Flooring installation: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
  • White Card (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
