Aliweld Power PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team based in Narangba, Queensland. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various metal components to high quality standards. Your expertise will play a vital role in the success of our growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Interpreting technical drawings and specifications to fabricate metal components and structures
- Performing welding and fabrication tasks to assemble metalwork using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Ensuring all work meets required quality, safety and regulatory standards
- Providing input on ways to improve fabrication and welding processes
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and within budget
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator, ideally in the Trades & Services or Welders & Boilermakers or boat builing industries
- Strong technical skills in welding, fabrication and metal working
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A team player with good communication abilities
