Fabricator / Welder

Join an established modular manufacturer at an exciting growth stage

We're expanding Monarch Building Systems, part of the Pantex Group, is ramping up production for our upcoming modular housing projects.  We are on the lookout for a hands-on Fabricator / Welder to join our Narangba based team.

This role offers plenty of variety: you'll be fabricating framing components and sub-assemblies used in our modular building systems. You'll work with a supportive crew who value quality, safety and a bit of daily banter.

What you'll do:

• MIG and thin MILD welding of steel components used in modular housing
• Fabricate frames, brackets and fixtures to drawings and job specs
• Operate workshop tools, machinery and gantry crane
• Assist with prototype and R&D builds
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work practices across the floor

What you'll bring:

• Proven fabrication or welding experience (ticket not essential but hands-on ability is)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
• A "can-do" attitude and willingness to help across the team
