About the role

Join the team at Advanced Radiology Clinics' as a full-time Sonographer based in Tweed Heads, NSW. In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound examinations and providing high-quality patient care.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting ultrasound examinations such as abdominal, obstetric, gynaecological, musculoskeletal and vascular scans
2. Providing exceptional patient care by ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for patients during examinations
3. Accurately capturing, interpreting and reporting on ultrasound images and findings
4. Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic policies and procedures
5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of ultrasound services and procedures
6. Collaborating with the wider medical team to deliver coordinated patient care

What we're looking for

1. Tertiary qualification in Medical Sonography or equivalent
2. Registered with the Australian Sonography Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
3. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sonographer in a clinical setting
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and the medical team
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
6. A commitment to continuous professional development and delivering the highest standard of patient care
