KWT is a distributor of bicycle products based in Yandina and we are looking for a Casual Picker and Packer for our operations centre.

Now, you're probably asking yourself, what will I be doing in this position?   

  • Up to 6 moths - Picking orders using barcode scanners in a fast accurate timely manner
  • After 6 months - Picking and also assisting with packing and freighting of orders and closing invoices, in a fast accurate timely manner
  • At times, assisting with the unloading of trucks & containers following coordinator's instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Be team player and work well with assigned goals

What does it take to be successful?   

  • Have an ability to prioritize jobs and work at a fast pace
  • Be fit and healthy and able to lift boxes to 25kg
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
  • Good communication skills
  • Enjoys riding bikes
  • Desire to work in the bicycle industry
  • Have good computer skills and can learn quickly
  • Able to get to the work location in Yandina for 6- 8 hour shifts

Schedule:

  • Flexibilty available, usual starts are between 8am and 4 pm, can offer some flexiblity for morning / after schools pick up etc
  • Looking for cacual worker 16hours to 24 hours week and permanent part time avliable for the right candiate
  • Rosters available across all shifts Monday – Friday
