About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the end-to-end analysis process to deliver fit-for-purpose digital solutions that address real business needs. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into functional specifications, and you will support the successful implementation of systems that improve performance, efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement across various projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital optimisation.
  • Produce high-quality documentation including business cases, process models, requirements, and testing scenarios.
  • Support change management activities including training materials and user support.
  • Contribute to testing strategies, including UAT coordination and validation of solutions.
  • Provide leadership to other business analysts and collaborate closely with project managers.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and contribute to procurement and contract documentation.
About You
  • Proven experience delivering business analysis in large, complex organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Expertise in business process modelling and functional documentation.
  • A track record of contributing to enterprise ICT programs and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to identify creative and practical solutions.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other analysts in a project environment.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and the impact of ICT systems on business agility.
  • Experience in public sector, health or similar complex environments is highly regarded.
