As Fourth Wall's
Finance & Operations Lead
, you'll be the one building confidence in our numbers, designing systems that empower growth, and ensuring every financial decision supports our creative ambition.

From streamlining reporting to optimising budgets, you'll shape how we manage, measure, and sustain success. You'll combine commercial insight with operational precision, turning complex financials into clear strategies that fuel bold ideas and long-term sustainability.

Your mission? To deliver financial clarity, stability, and efficiency — ensuring Fourth Wall remains agile, resilient, and ready for global growth.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to reporting and compliance
  • Lead and develop the Finance Team, ensuring accurate reporting, payroll, accounts, and debtor management
  • Manage international payments, tax planning, and entity structures across multiple jurisdictions
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring resilience in changing markets
  • Partner with the Managing Director and Leadership Team to drive performance, profitability, and growth
  • Oversee governance, contracts, and insurances to ensure compliance and protect the business
  • Lead business continuity, risk frameworks, and strategic financial planning
  • Manage Employment Hero and external HR partners to support a positive, high-performing culture
  • Oversee IT systems, cybersecurity, and the development of AI-led business solutions
  • Champion efficiency, innovation, and "The Fourth Wall Way" across all areas of the business

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, or a related field (CPA or CA qualified)
  • 7+ years in senior finance or operations roles, ideally within creative industries, agencies, or fast-growing businesses
  • Proven ability to design and oversee scalable financial systems and processes
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis
  • Experienced in governance, compliance, and multi-entity structures
  • Strong understanding of risk management and operational excellence
  • Collaborative leader with the ability to influence at all levels of the business
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on financial and systems management experience
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, MYOB, Filemaker Pro, and related tools
  • A calm, confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments
