Public Relations Lead / Specialist

As the Public Relations lead, you are the bestie to our beautiful network of UGC creators, influencers and ambassadors. You are at your core a true people person, with amazing communication and relationship building skills. You're across who is who in the industry, focusing on finding individuals that represent our amazing customer base. You love an activation moment, unboxing and event, and understand how these key critical touch points drive brand equity in the marketplace.

Job Description + Key Responsibilities
  • Manages all influencer, UGC, and ambassador partnerships.
  • Creates detailed strategy for creators in each cohort to ensure brand objectives are met.
  • Manage a calendar showcasing all key life moments with creators including birthdays, weddings and key life milestone moments.
  • Leads process for all bulk seeding ahead of product launches.
  • Support coordination of all events as aligned to strategic business objectives.
Required Experience & Skills


• 3+ years influencer marketing or social media within the beauty, wellness, or DTC space.

• You know who is trending, why and how they resonate with the brand. You're on the pulse of the next person to go viral, and you love a GRWM.

• Strong content instincts and understanding of the social landscape.

• Love of people, and hosting a great event. You've got attention to detail and you always know the next "it" place to go.

• Outstanding organisational skills, and keen creative eye.
