About the role As an Experienced (>2 years) Trade Assitant at Aussie Outdoor Blinds you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality outdoor blinds. This is a casual position based in our manufacturing facility in Midvale, WA 6056. You will be responsible for various aspects of the assembly and processing of our products, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our business.What you'll be doingAssisting with the assembly and installation of outdoor blinds and related componentsOperating metal saws and equipment required for the manufacturing processPerforming quality checks to ensure product standards are metMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentCollaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and fulfil ordersAdhering to all health and safety protocolsWhat we're looking forExperience is essential - 1-2 years of power tool use as a TA.Willingness to do what it takes to get the job donePositive attitude is a must - we're strong on positive culture.
