The Opportunity

We're looking for anexperienced welder to join our growing production team. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys precision work, thrives in a team environment and takes real pride in a job well done.

What You'll Be Doing

 Precision Welding: Using jigs to align and weld components to tight tolerances (±0.5mm)

 Production Welding: Performing consistent and repeatable welds for production runs

 Work Area Organisation: Keeping your space clean, safe and efficient

 Following Procedures: Carefully following job sheets, drawings and instructions

 Teamwork: Supporting and learning from experienced colleagues to deliver top-quality results

What We're Looking For

Proven Experience: 3+ years in fabrication or welding in a production environment

Technical Skills:

Strong MIG welding ability (you'll be tested pre-employment)

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Confident operating overhead cranes, 5" grinders and workshop equipment

Safety First Mindset: Demonstrates strong WHS awareness and responsibility

Efficiency & Precision: Plans work ahead, works neatly and to spec

Punctual & Reliable: Shows up on time, ready to get the job done

Licensing:

Valid driver's license & Forklift ticket

• Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical
