Each year, over 1,000 dedicated team members unpack approximately 60,000 shipping containers, pick close to 8 million orders for our stores, and handle nearly 3 million pallets. Our team ensures the smooth dispatch of around 1.5 million pallets to our stores annually.
You will be responsible for supporting the safe and smooth delivery of stock to our stores, working alongside a fast-paced team in an operational distribution environment.
What's involved:
- Pick and pack orders
 - Load and unload products on delivery trucks
 - Ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time
 - Stock replenishment

 - Ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time
 - Replenish stock to keep our operations running smoothly
 - Use equipment and machinery to safely move stock and organise products

Who we're looking for:
Safety is our top priority, and we need team members who can think and act safely in a fast-paced distribution centre environment.
Never worked in a distribution centre before? If you have the right attitude, we'll make sure you have the skills to get the job done. We believe in empowering our team members and providing the training you need to succeed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
 - Accuracy and attention to detail
 - A current forklift license would be ideal, although not essential
 - Experience in warehousing, dispatch of deliveries or picking and packing of orders, or voice picking is ideal but not essential

When you're ready to give this opportunity a Red Hot Go, all you'll need to do is:
- Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes)
 - If successful, next step includes an online video interview (15 minutes)
 - If you're a match, we'll invite you to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders (20 minutes)

You'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.
Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team are committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey. Be sure to let us know if you require an adjustment and we can provide the most appropriate support for you. If you have the experience, skills and a passion to grow but don't necessarily nail every single point in the job description, please still apply. Contact us at and a member of the team will be in touch.
