Location: Broken Hill | Full-Time

About the Position

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee operational coordination across a multidisciplinary team of professionals, counsellors, and support staff. You'll manage internal processes, maintain essential external partnerships, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and compassionately.

This position blends strategic oversight with practical management—keeping services running smoothly while driving organisational improvement and resilience.


Key Duties Include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day activities across administrative and service delivery teams
  • Overseeing financial processes including payroll, compliance reporting, and budgeting support
  • Supporting recruitment, staff development, and workplace planning
  • Maintaining service partnerships with government bodies and community stakeholders
  • Upholding robust data management, security, and confidentiality protocols
  • Contributing to outreach and community initiatives, including events and digital presence
  • Monitoring contractual requirements and supporting long-term strategic planning
  • Participating in regional travel as part of outreach and community support

Your Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years in a senior management or team leadership role
  • P&L and budget management experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Calm, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident with MS Office Suite and general digital tools
  • Understanding of financial processes and budget planning is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Open Drivers Licence
  • NSW Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
  • National Police Check (if required)
  • Willingness to travel for service delivery
