PROPERTY MANAGER ASSISTANT WANTED

We're looking for a Property Management Assistant to work one-on-one with a Property Manager at REMAX Extreme. You'll be their right-hand person, helping manage a portfolio while keeping the office running like clockwork.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting your Property Manager with day-to-day admin and portfolio tasks
  • Conducting routine inspections, bond inspections and PCR updates
  • Assisting withlease renewals, and maintenance coordination
  • Handling general tenant queries with professionalism and a smile
  • Assisting in the portfolio when the Property Manager is on leave (with the help of the Head of Department)

What we are looking for:

  • Someone who is looking to learn more about property management and progress their career
  • Alternatively if you are a PM and are looking to take a step back into assisting, we want to hear from you too
  • Organised, proactive, and great at multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
  • A problem-solver who can think on their feet
  • A sense of humour and a love for a positive office vibe

Non- Negotiables:

Current Property Management Registration (or willing to obtain)

A valid driver's license
