SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED

Are you a seasoned Property Manager who thrives in a busy environment, loves building relationships, and is looking for the next step in your career?

We're on the hunt for a confident and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team atREMAX Extreme. With the help of your dedicated in-office assistant and our offshore VA team, you'll have the tools and support to focus on what you do best: delivering top-tier service to our landlords and tenants.

What's the role?

You'll be the captain of your own portfolio ship – steering through the fun, the fast-paced, and the sometimes "interesting" world of property management, with plenty of support on deck.

What you'll be doing?

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with landlords & tenants
• Managing a large portfolio with confidence, efficiency, and a touch of flair
• Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance, and everything in between
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members with your experience (share the wisdom)
• Problem-solving like a pro and making decisions that keep everything on track
• Working hand-in-hand with your assistant & VA to keep the admin side smooth and stress-free

Things you won't need to worry about

• Trust Accounting - That's handled elsewhere
• Routine Inspections - Except for breaches
• Bond Inspections - Your assistant will have this covered
• PCR's - This is outsourced
• Excessive Admin - Assistants & offshore VAs have you covered
• Business Development – Our BDM brings in the properties (though incentives exist if you enjoy it)

What we are looking for:

• Solid experience in residential property management (at least 2 years experience running your own portfolio)
• A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with ease
• Organised, proactive, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Knowledgeable in tenancy laws & regulations
• Familiar with Property Me & IRE (bonus points, not dealbreakers)
• A team player who enjoys a good laugh and contributes to a positive office vibe

Current Property Management Registration

A valid driver's license
