About the roleThe City of Sydney has an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and highly skilled professional to join a small team that drives service experience improvements through systems, process and data management change.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall strategy, delivery, and optimisation of the Pathway platform for Planning and Development, and ensuring it's leveraged to its full potential to meet business transformation objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer and employee experience.
We're looking for someone with:
- relevant tertiary qualifications with computer science or information systems, at degree level
- ability to identify and implement technology advancements to drive efficiency, including evaluating current systems, and influencing senior leaders to adopt innovative solutions and influence the technology roadmap
- experience in implementing and driving Pathway improvements in a council or similar large complex organisation.
This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
