
Training Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Act as a trusted training expert to deliver enterprise-level programs across multiple software platforms, driving high-quality client engagement and supporting MRI's reputation as a leader in the real estate technology sector. You'll manage the full training lifecycle — from new enterprise clients to running structured webinars and fulfilling paid training requests — ensuring our clients get maximum value from MRI solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional passionate about helping clients succeed through effective learning and adoption of innovative SaaS platforms.
As a Training Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a 'solutions expert' by delivering tailored training sessions to clients across various platforms, helping them achieve their business objectives
- Leading structured training across Box and Dice, Vault (Commercial, Projects, FMS), Agora Insights, and Secure Sign
- Managing monthly update webinars and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver current and relevant content
- Handling all paid training engagements and ensuring these are completed to a high standard across supported platforms
- Executing and maintaining process workflows related to training delivery to ensure consistency and quality
- Coordinating onboarding and long-term training programs for enterprise clients, supporting their growth and success
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of supported platforms to provide expert-level guidance to clients
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams to align training content with client needs and product updates
- Maintain detailed records of training delivery, feedback, and process adherence
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
- Execute monthly webinars to keep clients informed of new features, enhancements, and best practices
- Support continuous improvement by gathering client feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance training delivery
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Deliver engaging training sessions to clients, both online and in-person where required
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years' of experience in a role involving training or facilitation, ideally in a SaaS and client-facing environment
- Comfortable leading training sessions in front of groups (in-person or on-line)
- At least 1 year of experience working with SaaS platforms
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple client concurrent training projects with competing priorities with a focus on quality and timeliness
- Technologically savvy with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms and industry terminology
- Experience with enterprise onboarding workflows and documentation
- Knowledge of cross-functional tools such as Zendesk, Process Street, Confluence, and Jira
