Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Worker to support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently. This role offers flexible hours and days, making it perfect for individuals seeking part-time or full-time employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and emails

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Managing office supplies and inventory

  • Filing and organizing documents

  • Assisting with bookkeeping and data entry

  • Providing general administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous administrative experience is a must
