About the role
We're thrilled to offer new and unique roles within our General Medicine service and Aged & Complex Care professional stream, where you'll help shape innovative models of care that ensure people receive timely care and support in the right place.

As a Grade 2 Physiotherapist, you'll enjoy opportunities to mentor students and supervise Grade 1 clinicians, while working alongside a dynamic, passionate team committed to excellence in care.
Two weekday roles are primarily based at Box Hill Hospital and are on-going. We additionally have a parental leave role based at our Angliss site that is fixed term 0.53 EFT and weekend opportunites across multiple sites inclusive of Box Hill Hospital.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated skills in physiotherapy management of General Medical and General Surgical caseloads
- Ability to meet all the requirements as outlined in the position description roles and responsibilities
- A strong commitment to high quality care
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
