We are seeking a highly motivated Project Scheduler/Project Control Officer to join our team in Canberra. Within the team here at C2A Consulting we have a depth of experience in project management and project support. Some responsibilities for a scheduler are:
• Work alongside Commonwealth project team members, supporting the progress of projects through the One Defence Capability System, including development of key documents supporting project clearance through Defence capability gate reviews.
• Develop and maintain program and project master schedules, including schedule baselines, progress tracking and Work Breakdown Structures.
• Perform variance analysis and reporting, including forecasting and input into the development of corrective actions where required.
• Provide program and project monitoring and controlling.
• Provide input into briefs, reports and documentation using a range of tools and techniques.
• Coordinate risk management activities.
• Undertake the following project control activities as required: budgeting, change management, forecasting, earned value, project administration
• Provide operational support to project management and facilitate administrative and coordination requirements
