About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager / Digital Product Owner to own our mobile banking app and play a leading role in shaping its vision, strategy, and delivery. This role requires a strong blend of product strategy, leadership, customer experience and technical understanding, ensuring our mobile platform continues to be secure, innovative, and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the product roadmap for the mobile banking app.
- Work in a cross-functional product team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery in an agile environment.
- Partner with compliance, security, and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Monitor and optimise OKR's including adoption, engagement, conversion, and NPS.
- Identify and implement innovative digital banking features.
About You
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in mobile applications.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in APIs, UX/UI, and agile frameworks
Skills
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into digital product solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards preferred.
