We are an established long-term employer in Orange NSW and have a strong reputation for high staff retention and being a premium employer. We provide a range of mechanical / industrial equipment solutions as well as their ongoing service needs (both in the workshop and in the field). We are currently recruiting a Workshop Supervisor / Manager for our Orange branch to lead the team.

Your role will be responsible for the direct management of a team of service technicians (internal and external) workshop administration and customer service. The role has a wide variety of responsibilities across each area and has full autonomy and support to continue its ongoing success.

You:

  • People leadership / management experience (leading a team).
  • Strong mechanical experience &/or qualifications (ability to lead mechanical technicians).
  • Communication skills and able to work with a range of personality types.
  • Dedicated, reliable and strong customer service & administrative orientated.

Your salary package will base salary of up to $100,000 + Super.
