Relationship Executive – Commercial Banking

Why this role matters

As a Relationship Executive in our Commercial Banking team, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value, diversified clients with complex banking needs. You'll be their trusted advisor who understands their goals and delivers innovative solutions to help them grow.

What you'll do

  • Lead client relationships : Manage and grow a portfolio of diversified businesses with turnover between $30M–$50M, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice.
  • Drive growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through your network and referral partners.
  • Deliver tailored solutions : Use your commercial acumen to structure, negotiate, and execute complex financial deals.
  • Collaborate for success : Work closely with Account Managers, Analysts, and internal teams to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage risk : Take ownership of portfolio risk management and ensure high-quality credit submissions with the support of Analysts.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
  • Strong commercial banking knowledge and financial structuring skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to deliver results.
