Victory Auto World has been selling and servicing vehicles for the past 19 years. The franchises we hold include Ford, Isuzu UTE, LDV, and MG. We are a successful, expanding family business with a tradition of excellence and superior customer service. We are located in Tweed Heads and service the Southeast Queensland and Northern Rivers New South Wales regions.

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage our Isuzu Ute, MG and LDV Service Department. the position would include managing a Brand new 6 bay workshop and Brand new Service Centre overseeing approx. 15 staff including advisors, mechanics and apprentices.

The role includes the following:

  • Following clear processes to ensure staff have constant direction from management
  • Ensuring manufacturer targets are exceeded (Customer Satisfaction)
  • Training staff where needed
  • Managing workflow for service department
  • Ensuring Service Department KPI's are met.

The remuneration package includes a competitive annual salary and a commission structure based on earnings
