Easts Group is an organisation with a proud history going back to 1958. We are currently comprised of 4 Licensed Clubs (easts, Waverley Greens, Kingswood Sports and Berkeley Sports) and have an affiliation with the Sydney Roosters. Our core business is to provide a venue where our Members and guests can enjoy our bistro, café, bars and gaming areas, as well as partake in our promotions and entertainment, whilst receiving the best customer service.

The Junior Graphic Designer will demonstrate a natural passion for design and have strong digital and traditional marketing knowledge. Crucial to this role is strong time management, attention to detail, a positive team attitude, and enthusiasm to put the Easts Group are at the forefront of design and digital marketing, utilising current and new technology.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist the Strategy and Growth Manager and Marketing Team to coordinate Group wide marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain the Easts Group brand style guide and ensure all collateral across the organisation is presented in a high standard and conforms to the guidelines.
  • Facilitate all graphic design needs, from brief to delivery, across all Easts Group Clubs including internal departments such as Gaming and Loyalty, Food and Beverage and Functions.
  • Create innovative concepts across the Group's digital channels to engage Members and guests and ultimately drive club visitation.
  • Design and project manage a range of collateral including but not limited to:
  • press advertising, flyers, posters, banners, invitations, large scale designs, billboards, flags, plasmas and menus;
  • digital asset design, social media collateral, website and EDM tiles;
  • innovative Roosters match day big screen content.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree or relevant qualifications in graphic design (current portfolio should be available)
  • Experience with PC and Mac platforms
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Design Packages
  • Photography and/or videography skills an advantage
  • Creative flair and ability to find creative solutions
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Eye for detail and proofreading own work
  • Great communication skills
