Customer Delivery Tech Lead | Revolutionary Data Virtualization | Up to $200,000 + Super + Stock

We are working closely with a rapidly scaling startup that is revolutionizing data virtualization solutions. Their platform is trusted by thousands of companies worldwide, and they are looking to add a Customer Delivery Tech Lead to their growing team.

They are looking for a candidate who combines strong technical skills with leadership experience to help drive customer success and shape best practices across delivery teams.

This role will be very hands-on, and recent, strong experience with Python, Apache Spark and OpenShift is a must.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in IT delivery.
  • Highly proficient with Apache Spark and OpenShift.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data engineering, system integration, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL, Python, and Apache Spark.
  • Proven experience in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar.
  • Extensive cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), particularly in large-scale data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), including LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI use cases in the enterprise context.
  • Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its role in enabling secure and standardized interactions between enterprise data and AI models.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the technical design and successful implementation of solutions within customer IT ecosystems.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring architectural decisions are aligned with both business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Develop and continuously refine technical frameworks and repeatable processes to ensure customer success and delivery efficiency.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy

  • Take ownership of technical stakeholder engagement, translating complex customer requirements into actionable, effective solutions.
  • Advocate for data virtualization platform, both internally and externally, highlighting its seamless integration with emerging AI technologies.

Innovation & Emerging Tech

  • Guide customers in incorporating Generative AI (GenAI) into their data environments, providing best practices for its responsible and impactful use.
  • Leverage Model Context Protocol (MCP) to improve interoperability between AI models and enterprise data systems, driving innovation and efficiency.

Salary:

$200,000 + Super + Stock
