They are currently seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to assist in the delivery of a significant aged care project over a 10-month program.

This position is suited to someone with solid technical experience who is confident producing detailed CC documentation and proficient in ArchiCAD. Both permanent and contract arrangements will be considered.

Role Overview

  • Produce detailed Construction Certificate (CC) documentation

  • Prepare clear and coordinated construction details

  • Collaborate with architects and consultants during documentation and coordination

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations while maintaining design intent

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a technical architecture or documentation role

  • Proficient in ArchiCAD (essential)

  • Experience in aged care and/or residential sectors

  • Strong documentation and detailing capabilities

  • Able to work independently and contribute within a team environment
