The Company:

Orion Search is partnering with one of Australia's leading meat processing facilities who are a key supplier to Woolworths, Aldi, and global export markets. With over 600 staff on site and significant capital investment underway, this is an exciting time to join a business offering long-term career growth and professional advancement.

We are looking for switched-on professionals with proven leadership experience within Production, across either Slaughter Floor or Boning Room operations. Whether you're already in management or a senior supervisor ready to step up, we'd like to hear from you.

Opportunities are based in regional Victoria, with relocation assistance and initial support provided. Alternatively, drive-in/drive-out arrangements (Monday to Friday, accommodation provided) can also be scheduled.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in the meat industry
  • Qualifications in meat processing or leadership
  • Strong people management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver results and drive performance
  • Team-oriented leadership style
