The Role

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Sales Directors (or equivalent) to lead the go-to-market strategy for
Kodora's new AI for Banking platform
– a first-of-its-kind solution designed to accelerate AI adoption across the banking sector.

The platform aims to deliver measurable productivity, efficiency, and compliance outcomes across the full banking value chain. This role requires both deep sector knowledge and the ability to translate technology into trusted commercial outcomes for senior banking executives.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations within the Australian or international banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and institutional banking processes (risk, AML/fraud, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance).
  • Demonstrated success in Business Development, with the ability to build relationships at C-suite level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Background in the AI or broader technology sector (desirable).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
