Gym Receptionist

Part-time OR Casual Receptionist Position at Keep Fitness sunnybank

Duty:

• Welcome everyone and assist members at the front desk.
• Handle phone calls, answer questions, address complaints, and direct members to the appropriate manager if needed.
• Use our gym management program to look up member information, issue access key tags and process purchases.
• Ensure the gym is tidy.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and high passion for fitness.
• Fluent English and Chinese is highly desirable.
• Weekday shifts: Three shifts from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Saturday shift: One shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Previous experience in customer service or/and reception is highly desirable.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
