For over 20 years, CCS has proudly partnered with AFL SportsReady to provide trainees with a valuable start in the workforce. Our trainees play a vital role in the College, supporting teachers and staff with day-to-day tasks while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of areas.
From assisting in classrooms and delivering demonstrations to helping organise events, performances and activities, no two days are the same. Trainees receive guidance and mentoring from experienced staff and supervising teachers, ensuring they are well supported throughout the program.
A traineeship at CCS offers:
