Compensation:

Great pay- $32.35 per hour starting rate.

12% superannuation on every hour worked including travel between jobs.

Get paid your full hourly rate in between houses.

99c per km travelled if it's part of your shift (On top of your hourly rate and super)

We only serve clients south of the river, within the metro area and we try to keep your jobs closer to your home where possible. For this reason we only hire people who also live south of the river, within the metro area.

We currently do not service the Mandurah area or anywhere north of the river.

You will sign in and sign out using the smartphone app. So a working and charged smartphone is essential.

Requirements for employment with Mike's Clean Freaks

Valid police clearance, or be willing to get one.

Previous employment in the cleaning industry is a huge bonus, but definitely not essential.

You must own a reliable car

Must have a VALID drivers licence

You must have a smartphone

Be willing to sign a non-compete / non-solicitation clause of two years

Fluent English speaking

You need a good work ethic and be willing to work at a fast pace

Be able to complete our paid online training prior to starting your first shift.

Hours are typically between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

We work around your life and personal availability.
