**Compensation**:
❤ Great pay
- $31.21 per hour starting rate.

❤ 11.5% superannuation on every hour worked including travel between jobs.

❤ Get paid your full hourly rate in between houses.

❤ 99c per km travelled if it's part of your shift (On top of your hourly rate and super)

You will sign in and sign out using the smartphone app. So a working and charged smartphone is essential.

**Requirements for employment with Mike’s Clean Freaks**

❇Valid police clearance, or be willing to get one.

❇Previous employment in the cleaning industry is a huge bonus, but definitely not essential.

❇You must own a reliable car

❇Must have a VALID drivers licence

❇You must have a smartphone

❇Be willing to sign a non-compete / non-solicitation clause of two years

❇Fluent English speaking

❇You need a good work ethic and be willing to work at a fast pace

❇ You will need a resume

❇Be able to complete our paid online training prior to starting your first shift.

❇Hours are typically between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday.

❇We work around your life and personal availability.

❇Perfectly suited to Mums with young kids and Uni students

**10 - 25 hours per week, depending on your availability**

Pay: $31.21 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
