We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Goldfield Superintendent, the position will be responsible for;
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating daily prestart and toolbox meetings
- Supervising crane and rigging activities and operations onsite and in the depot
- Driving and leading a safe operational culture
- Ensuring compliance with customer contracts and agreed KPIs
- Identifying and responding to customers' needs and ensuring that service standards are met
- Ensuring all timesheets are accurate and approved within deadlines
- Scoping and developing detailed lift studies
- Undertaking all weekly/monthly depot reporting requirements within deadlines
- Promoting high morale through strong leadership, recognition and corrective action for poor performance
- Providing regular training and coaching of workforce in operational matters
- Ensuring any employee concerns are handled effectively and efficiently
About the role:
- Based in Leonora
- FIFO from Perth
- 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Roster
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in crane and rigging field is essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage and promote safety
- Demonstrated experience liaising with customers
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to execute projects to deadlines, prioritise workloads and plan effectively
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Suite programs
- Cert IV in training and assessing
