Crane Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Goldfield Superintendent, the position will be responsible for;

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating daily prestart and toolbox meetings
• Supervising crane and rigging activities and operations onsite and in the depot
• Driving and leading a safe operational culture
• Ensuring compliance with customer contracts and agreed KPIs
• Identifying and responding to customers' needs and ensuring that service standards are met
• Ensuring all timesheets are accurate and approved within deadlines
• Scoping and developing detailed lift studies
• Undertaking all weekly/monthly depot reporting requirements within deadlines
• Promoting high morale through strong leadership, recognition and corrective action for poor performance
• Providing regular training and coaching of workforce in operational matters
• Ensuring any employee concerns are handled effectively and efficiently

About the role:

• Based in Leonora
• FIFO from Perth
• 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off Roster

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in crane and rigging field is essential
• Demonstrated ability to manage and promote safety
• Demonstrated experience liaising with customers
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to execute projects to deadlines, prioritise workloads and plan effectively
• High attention to detail
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Suite programs
• Cert IV in training and assessing
