Cert III/Diploma Educator

We are currently seeking a fantastic Educator to join our flagship Early Childhood service in North Ryde, NSW

• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
• Interest in and/or passion for and drive to actively embed and model the RIE approach
• Dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service
• Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Flexible, adaptable and available for full-time work all hours/days the service is operational
• Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, especially with the Preschool age group (highly desirable)
• ACECQA approved Certificate III and/or Diploma of in Early Childhood Education and Care - Early Childhood Teachers are not required at this time
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh).
