The Opportunity

We're looking for a reliable and physically fit team member to help assemble and install our modular dock systems at sites around the Perth metro area. If you like hands-on work, early starts, and being outdoors near the water, this is a great long-term role with stability and growth potential.

What You'll Do

  • Work in a small team to assemble and install modular floating docks, pontoons and jet ski docks.
  • Load, unload and move materials using hand tools or forklift (if licensed).
  • Assist with onsite setup - aligning and connecting dock sections in the water.
  • Travel to client sites (mostly Perth metro) from our yard in Bibra Lake for daily installations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow instructions from your supervisor.
  • Participate in yard duties, site pack-downs and equipment checks.

What We're Looking For

  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors near water.
  • Can swim and follow safety procedures around water.
  • Driver's licence & reliable vehicle - essential.
  • Forklift ticket - preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, dependable and team focused.
  • Experience in labouring, construction, or marine environments a plus.
