  • Analyse customer insights, ecommerce and behavioural data and divisional business objectives then convert findings into well-defined product requirements and user stories.

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog that balances quick wins with larger initiatives, ensuring development teams are always focused on the highest-value outcomes.

  • Partner closely with technical teams during development, testing, and release cycles to remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure product stability post-launch.

  • Work closely with stakeholders on feature discovery, development and releases, ensuring there is alignment on process changes, solution adoption, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

  • Strong track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, product discovery, and iterative delivery practices.

  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams, with familiarity in APIs, data structures, and modern front-end/back-end technologies a plus.

  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to measure product performance, interpret data, and make evidence-based decisions.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities and driving alignment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting product strategies, roadmaps, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

What's in it for you?
  • Be part of a creative and engaging team.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
  • Advance your career in a dynamic Australian e-commerce company.
