Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Security Screen and Window Furnishings Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of security screens and window furnishings for residential and commercial properties. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Install security screens and window furnishings according to specifications and industry standards.

Conduct on-site assessments to determine installation requirements.

Safely and efficiently operate tools and equipment necessary for installation.

Follow schedules to ensure timely completion of installations and demonstrates excellent time management skills.

Provide excellent customer service and address any enquiries or concerns from clients.

Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and work performed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in installing security doors and screens, blinds, curtains, awnings and shutters a requirement (minimum two years experience).

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Excellent customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical ability including an understanding of building, construction and strong fixing methods.

The ability to work under pressure and deal with customers and challenging situations.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The ability to multitask.
