Commercial/Cost Advisory Manager

The role roll undertakes pre and post contract client facing duties for our Real Estate and Infrastructure projects typically both in T&T office and in a client offices. We are looking for candidates with experience in MEP cost planning, measuring, quantifying, cost reporting, procurement, contract and commercial management.

• Commission management experience
• Pre-contract cost management experience
• Post-contract cost management experience
• Tender analysis experience
• Measuring, Quantifying and Commercial Management experience 
• Procurement and contract advisory experience
• Commercial reporting experience
• Variation assessment experience
• Team training and best practice

• RICS, AIQS with Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or MEP Engineering degree
