Pay Rate: $33–$39/hour + Super + Shift Penalties

Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8–10 Hour Shifts | Rotating Roster Day, Afternoon, Night & Weekend Work Available

About the Role:

As a Machine Operator or Production Worker, you'll play a key hands-on role in the production process. Your main responsibility will be to ensure machines and production lines run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining product quality.

This is a physical role involving manual handling of 5kg to 20kg, working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Set up and adjust machines for production runs
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards
  • Perform manual handling and packaging tasks
  • Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Minimum (Essential) Experience:
  • 12+ months in a fast-paced production or manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with basic machine operation
  • Physically fit – capable of lifting, standing for long hours
  • Understanding of workplace safety and correct PPE use
  • Reliable, punctual, and owns transport

Ideal (Preferred) Experience:
  • 2+ years in FMCG, packaging, or related manufacturing roles
  • Experience with gluing, strapping, or automated machinery
  • Basic quality assurance (QA) and troubleshooting skills
  • Exposure to Lean/5S or structured production environments
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
