Delivered through the CCQ Mental Health AOD Hubs, the program offers multidisciplinary care, therapeutic interventions, and community connection to help young people thrive.Your role, your impactAs a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapy to young people, while mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to service development. You'll work closely with families, schools, and local services to create coordinated care plans that make a real difference in young lives. You will work from home, see clients in the community, work from headspace office, or work from MMH office.What you'll be doingLead and deliver specialist counselling using CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalitiesSupport and mentor junior clinicians to maintain high service standardsCollaborate with local stakeholders to ensure integrated careDocument clinical work accurately and meet service targetsParticipate in supervision, team meetings, and referral pathway developmentWho we're looking forExperience in individual therapy with adolescentsUnderstanding of trauma, youth mental health, and recovery principlesExperience in delivering evidence based therapies including CBT, DBT and ACTTertiary qualifications in a relevant fieldCurrent registration with a professional bodyWhat's in it for youAt Each you'll be supported to be your best.
