We are currently hiring an experienced Business Development Manager with a
strong track record in Enterprise sales
. This newly created, full-time hybrid role will focus on delivering
end-to-end
solutions — from core network and connectivity, end point security through to helpdesk, support, and training services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue
    new enterprise sales opportunities
    focused across
    ICT infrastructure
    and
    end point security
    and delivered as a managed service
  • Develop and manage a
    pipeline
    of high-value prospects within key verticals (e.g., finance, health, government, logistics).
  • Understand client business models to
    tailor telco solutions
    that drive
    cost savings
    , performance, and scalability.
  • Guide and supporting
    Sales Development Managers
    in securing new leads to support the growth of qualified opportunities.
  • Translate
    complex telecom products
    (SD-WAN, SASE, SIP, 5G, cybersecurity, IoT) into clear business value.
  • Map
    target
    enterprise accounts, understand their tech stack, and align solutions with their digital transformation goals.

Attributes & competencies that we are looking for:

  • Over 2 years' experience in the ICT and Telecommunications sector, consistently exceeding KPIs and performance targets
  • Skilled in lead generation through social media, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms, with a strong emphasis on pipeline development and management
  • B2B sales experience
  • Understanding of ICT solutions, including managed data networks, network and endpoint security, unified communications, and related connectivity services
  • Demonstrated success in selling and delivering technology projects to enterprise and government clients
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and drive outcome
