Role Description

Not Your Average Personal Trainer Role - Boutique Gym, St Kilda

The truth is, not all boutique gyms are the same, and neither are coaches.

Some places run workouts.

We coach people.

If you're chasing filler shifts between other gigs, this isn't for you.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Cert IV in Fitness (minimum)
  • 4+ years of coaching experience in a gym or studio setting
  • Strong grasp of movement, strength training, and progression
  • Confident leading a session; calm, professional, no ego
  • Reliable, organised, and a genuine team player
  • Hungry to learn, open to feedback, and proud of your work

Bonus points if you connect easily with people, are available during peak hours, and have your own transport to St Kilda.
