Our client is seeking a talented
Level 2 IT Support Technician
who's ready to take the next step in their career - growing into an
Account Manager

What You'll Do

  • Deliver Level 2 technical support and assist with systems administration
  • Collaborate closely with team members to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication and reliability
  • Support a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, VMware, Veeam, SentinelOne, Datto, Cisco, and Ubiquiti
  • Take ownership of assigned systems and projects, with plenty of scope for autonomy and initiative
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and client outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Solid technical background across Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Windows environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
  • A genuine interest in developing client relationship and account management capabilities
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Microsoft certifications (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
