TechOne Stream Training Lead

Hybrid / Remote | 3 days per week (avg)

Contract through to June 2026

Our client, a leading consulting firm delivering a TechOne transformation for a large enterprise, is seeking a Training Lead to drive end-user readiness across a critical workstream. This is a part-time contract role averaging 3 days per week, running through to June 2026.

You'll play a key role in designing and coordinating training that ensures finance teams and business users are equipped to adopt the new TechOne GL and budgeting models.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain a detailed training plan across the TechOne stream
  • Develop clear, accessible training content tailored to different user groups
  • Coordinate and schedule training delivery, working closely with Finance SMEs
  • Ensure training aligns with key deliverables such as the GL restructure and budget model changes
  • Produce supporting documentation including Procedure Guides and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)
  • Track training progress and adjust approach to support successful adoption

What You Bring:

  • Experience delivering training for TechOne or similar enterprise finance systems
  • Strong background in training coordination and content development
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with Finance teams
  • Ability to translate complex system functionality into clear learning outcomes
  • Experience working in a structured consulting or transformation program environment

Contract Details:

  • 3 days per week (on average)

  • Now until June 2026

  • Flexible working arrangements
