Position OverviewAs one of our Workshop Controllers/Assistant Manager, your day to day will have you allocating jobs to our technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and a high quality of work on our repairs. You will work with the technician's to trouble shoot problems and provide guidance and solutions on a variety of different mechanical issues that arise on a daily basis.

You will drive superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of everything you do all while ensuring you have a high functioning team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors.  

*Success Profile*

  • Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive
  • Proven background in managing a team of Technicians
  • Have an solid understanding of the workflow of a busy workshop
  • Motivation and leadership skills to achieve results
  • Have the ability to meet budgets and deadlines
  • Ability to handle pressure and busy work environment
  • Effective communication and organisational skills
  • A broad range of mechanical/tyre knowledge across a range of vehicle brands and  types
  • Valid Australian drivers licence
