About Us.

We are a small company based in Bathurst, undertaking a wide variety of jobs, ranging from small repairs through to fit out carpentry and home renovations, including decks, pergolas, paving, custom joinery etc. Due to an increase in demand, we are currently seeking a hard working apprentice. During this time you will be learning from an experienced tradesman, building your skills and knowledge steadily and confidently. We are passionate about providing high quality service in all areas of our business and want the best people to help us get the job done. We are careful to provide a safe working environment for staff, with all necessary safety equipment and PPE provided. This is a 4-year carpentry apprenticeship combining on-the-job training with TAFE study (typically 1 day per week which is offered at Lithgow and Orange campuses only)

About You.

Our ideal candidate will have the following essential characteristics;

  • Being motivated and physically fit.
  • Genuine desire to work in construction and become a qualified carpenter
  • A great work ethic, positive attitude, willingness to learn and punctual.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable transport to and from job sites is strongly desirable (in Bathurst)
  • Some work experience in building, DIY or woodwork is desirable.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Must reside in the Bathurst area.
  • Should be a junior apprentice (under 21 years of age)
